Emmanuel Okoronkwo
Chairman
Engr. Emmanuel Okoronkwo is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience in
public and private Infrastructure development.
Bukola Oluwadiya
Mr. Oluwadiya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stock brokers. He has a well-rounded experience in Oil, Banking
and Financial Services Industries. He started his career as an Accountant with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited where he
worked in various positions within the Finance Controller’s Department before joining Abacus Securities Limited as the
pioneer General Manager.
Mr. Oluwadiya’s banking career started in Grindlays Merchant Bank of Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of
Assistant General Manager (Corporate Banking) before he was seconded to Sydney, Australia for two years to work for the
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) – the parent company of Grindlays Bank Plc, London. During the
secondment, Mr. Oluwadiya was well exposed to International Banking, Funds Management, Property Financing and
Mortgage Securitization with the ANZ Group
Mr. Oluwadiya participated has participated in a number of high profile Public-Private Sector Participation Assignment
including the Reform of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Privatisation of LPG Depots, Privatisation of Nigerian Mining Tiltles,
Selection of Bidders for Coal & Bitumen Titles etc.
Oluwaseyi Abe
Managing Director
Oluwaseyi Abe joined Lead Group in January 1990. In August of the same year, he was seconded to Nigerian
Stockbrokers Limited – a subsidiary of NAL Bank Plc for one year training in stockbroking and investment
management. He returned to Leadbank in January 1992 after a successful training program and qualification as
a professional Stockbroker. On his return to Lead group, he commenced trading on the floor of the Nigerian
Stock Exchange for the bank and acted in many capacities as investment manager and advisor. He was involved
in capital raising exercise for many companies. He participated in packaging several Initial Public Offers,
(IPO), and Rights Offers etc. Seyi was also involved in both local and foreign treasury dealing activities. For
several years, he played leading roles in the marketing of the bank’s treasury / capital market products. He at
different times headed various functional units of the bank such as Investment Banking, Private Banking;
Issuing House; Corporate Finance; Transaction Banking, Treasury Marketing and Product Development. He
also had a stint in the commercial & consumer banking group.
Seyi Left Lead Capital in September 2006 for Magnartis Finance & investments Limited (Member of the
Nigerian Stock Exchange). Seyi was seconded as the Chief Investment officer of Aiico Pension Managers Ltd.
He was responsible for management of total asset (including legacy fund) in excess of N100 Billion.
Presently, Seyi is on the board of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Kingspride Group, Insight Microfinance
Bank Limited and several other companies. He is the Immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of
Stockbrokers.
Alhaji Ismaila Shuaibu
Mallam Ismaila Shuaibu had a wide and chequered experience in Banking which had been his career for more than 30 years. He held
various positions in Bank of the North up to Assistant General Manager and then Afribank Nigeria Plc where he became the first
professional to be appointed from within as an Executive Director for six (6) years and retired.
He was at one time Chairman of West African Bankers Association, Nigeria. Mallam Ismaila Shuaibu is a fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Bankers both in Britain and Nigeria as well as a graduate of Harvard Business School.
Presently, Seyi is on the board of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Kingspride Group, Insight Microfinance
Bank Limited and several other companies. He is the Immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of
Stockbrokers.
Eguarekhide Longe
Eguarekhide Longe has over 20 years’ experience working in the Capital Market, spanning Stock broking,
Asset Management and Investment Banking. He has hands-on and senior management experience in setting up
processes, developing operations/systems, strategy and business and product development.
He was the Managing Director/CEO of AIICO Pension Managers Limited. Prior to his appointment as
MD/CEO of AIICO Pension Managers Limited, Eguarekhide worked at Diamond Capital & Financial Markets
Limited (subsidiary of Diamond Bank PLC) as the Head of the Asset Management division. He was also the
MD/CEO of Kakawa Asset Management Limited from 2005-2008
Eguarekhide holds a B.Sc. in Political Science” University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1986) and an MBA” IESE
Business School” University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain (2002). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
Kayode Soyombo
Mr. Soyombo graduated from the University of Ife with a B.Sc in Biochemistry.
He worked with Guinness Nigeria Plc and rose to the position of production
manager.
Mr. Soyombo currently sits on the board of various companies including SNL
Sales and Service Ltd, Kings Guards Nig. Ltd, Bluechip Communications
Limited, D.F. Properties and Sambooka Fertilizers Ltd

Ishola Sanni
Stock Broker
Mr. Sanni has over 10 years’ experience in the Capital Market. He
holds B.Sc. in Computer Science with Economics from Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ile – Ife and M.Sc in Computer Science from
University of Lagos, Akoka. He is an Associate Member of Chartered
Institute of Stockbrokers and an authorized dealer of the Nigerian
Stock Exchange
Bamishe Ojo
Compliance Officer
Mr. Ojo has over 24 years experience in capital market activities after which he retired as An
Assistant Director with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Abuja Nigeria.
He is a skillful trainer and an expert in corporate finance, investment and capital market
activities and was the pioneer Head of Marketing and Consultancy in the Nigerian Capital
Market Institute (NCMI) an affiliate training institution of the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
He joined the employ of Magnartis Finance and Investment Ltd in 2008 and currently
registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a market operator under the
function of the Chief Compliance Officer
